Myo-facial release: The fascia is a web of connective tissue that covers and connects the muscles, organs and skeletal structures, located between the skin and the underlying structure of muscle and bone. Muscle and fascia form the myofascia system. A deep tissue massage where the practitioner stretches the fascia and releases lactic acid and adhesions and increases range of motion by shear compression, skin rolling, and smooth deep strokes.
Trigger Point Therapy: Trigger Point may cause local pain and refer pain in other parts of the body. Manual pressure is applied to these “points” to release pain at the sight and at the referred area or sight.
“Baguanfa” Negative Cupping Massage: Baguanfa is based on ancient techniques and modern science. Ashiatsu: The root word “Ashi” means “foot” and “Atsu” means “pressure.” This barefoot massage technique from the Far East uses very deep tissue compression strokes that glide over the body.
